Concrete delivery in Mirdif for villas and extensions

Mirdif is a long cross-city run for us, about 22 km from the Al Quoz plant. The concrete itself is usually modest in volume: villa extensions, pools, garden slabs and some community retail.

A small pour after a long trip

Distance matters more for a 20 m³ extension than for a big raft. The load spends a large share of its workable life on the road, and on a small site it may wait while the crew finishes formwork. We set a retarder dose for the travel time across the city, and we need you to be ready when the first truck arrives, not still fixing steel.

Our route is via Airport Road or Tripoli Street depending on the hour. Peak traffic adds a lot to the trip, so a dawn start or a night pour is often the best slot.

Residential streets and the neighbours

Mirdif streets are narrow, with cars parked outside the villas and children walking to school. A 12 m³ mixer and a pump need the space in front of your plot for the whole pour. Agree it with the neighbours the day before. If your plot backs onto a wider road, the pump may set up there instead; send us a photo of both sides.

For work hours and any noise or road restrictions, check with the local authority and your community. We do not assume a night pour is allowed in a residential street.

Pump choice for villa work

Rear extensions and pools are placed with a 43 m boom from the street, reaching over a single or two-storey villa. Ground floor slabs with good front access can be placed from the chute, which keeps it cheaper and quicker. A 30 m³ pour is three trucks, sent one after the other with a call to the site between each.

Screed for extensions and upper floors is a different job: smaller volume, pumped through a line into the house. Tell us the floor area and thickness and we size the loads so the last one is not half wasted.

Questions from Mirdif sites

Is Mirdif too far for a small pour?
No. We dispatch to Mirdif daily; for small volumes the key is that your site is ready when the first truck arrives.
Can the pump stand on the street outside my villa?
Usually yes, if the kerb is clear and the street is wide enough to open the outriggers. Send us photos to check.
