About Ready Mix
Ready Mix batches concrete at its own plant in Al Quoz Industrial Area and delivers it to construction sites across Dubai. We handle batching, transport and placement ourselves, so the people who plan your pour are the ones who dispatch the trucks.
The fleet is built around the pour: 12 m³ mixer trucks, truck-mounted pumps with booms from 43 to 57 m, and placing booms for tower floors beyond the reach of a mobile pump. In summer most slabs go down at night, before the heat takes the slump out of the mix on the way to the formwork.
Tell us the volume, the element and the hour. We size the trucks, their spacing and the pump, and set the retarder for the travel time from Al Quoz. See the concrete mixes we supply or the areas we deliver in Dubai.

Batching and dispatch, every day
We plan every pour backwards from the moment the boom swings over
A slab is lost in the gaps between trucks, not in the batching. So dispatch starts from your pour window and works back to the plant: how many 12 m³ loads, how far apart, which pump, how long the run from Al Quoz takes at that hour. The retarder is dosed for that travel time and the slump target for the time of day, so concrete arriving at three in the morning behaves like concrete arriving at noon.

Eight mixes and how each one is placed
Every family is batched on OPC and GGBS to your engineer's spec. What changes from one to the next is how it travels and how it goes in.
-
Gunite mixes
Sprayed mix for thin sections and uneven faces. We pace the trucks to the spraying rate so your nozzle crew never stands waiting for material.
-
Screed mixes
Workable levelling mix for floors, usually placed by pump to upper levels. Fibre can be added at the plant for crack control.
-
Shoring mixes
Concrete for temporary support during excavation and construction, delivered so each element is cast in one continuous run without cold joints.
-
Piling mixes
Deep foundation mix placed down the bore. Continuity matters more than speed, so we schedule loads so no pile waits half full.
-
Substructure mixes
Below-ground mix for rafts, footings and basement walls. Large rafts get a full truck sequence and a pump booked for the whole pour.
-
Superstructure mixes
Mix for columns, beams and slabs above ground, pumped to height with booms from 43 to 57 m or a placing boom.
-
Blinding mixes
Lean levelling layer under foundations. Usually placed straight from the chute, and small volumes are fine since we have no minimum order.
-
Fibre-reinforced concrete
Fibre dosed at the plant for crack control and tensile capacity. It arrives mixed through, so nothing is added by hand on site.
How we run a pour
Six habits from the dispatch desk that keep concrete moving between Al Quoz and your formwork.
-
01
Trucks timed to the pump
We space 12 m³ mixer trucks so the next one is backing in as the last one empties. The pump keeps working and the crew keeps finishing.
-
02
Booms from 43 to 57 m
Tell us the reach and the height and we match the pump to the job. Where a truck boom cannot reach, a placing boom can be arranged.
-
03
Night and early pours
Batching and dispatch run 24 hours a day, every day. In summer we plan large pours for the night or first light, when the heat is lowest.
-
04
Retarder set for the drive
Every site sits a different distance from Al Quoz. We dose the retarder for that travel time and set the slump for the hour you pour.
-
05
Booked volume held
Once your slot is confirmed, the volume is held against stock. You will not find out at midnight that the plant ran short.
-
06
Waiting time on the quote
The quote lists the rate per m³, waiting time and out-of-hours charges as separate lines, so the cost of a slow pour is known before the trucks roll.
